Families get a Helping Hand in Taxing Process

Filing a tax return can be a daunting process, but it doesn’t have to be an expensive one.

Since Jan. 15, the United Way of King County (UWKC) has been trying to demystify tax filing for low income families. Their Free Tax Preparation Campaign is helping thousands of people across the county file their federal income taxes for free.
